Terms of Service

By booking and paying for services with Unique Therapies Ltd, you agree to these terms and conditions. Unique Therapies Ltd reserves the right to cancel bookings and end sessions if these terms are breached.


1. Services

 

Services Provided 

  • Bioresonance therapy using the e-Lybra® System

  • Energy balancing treatments (in-person and remote)

  • Holistic wellness consultations

  • Complementary therapeutic services

 

Remote Sessions 

Remote sessions are conducted via video call. Bioresonance treatments will be run at a mutually convenient time agreed between client and practitioner.

 

Service Availability 

All services are subject to availability. Treatment descriptions are for guidance only and may vary based on individual needs.

 

Age Requirements 

Clients must be over 18 years of age to book and consent to their own treatment.

For clients under 18, services may be provided with express written and signed consent from a parent or legal guardian. We are able to work with children from newborn onwards; however, the parent or guardian must:

  • Complete and sign the child’s health questionnaire

  • Remain responsible for the child’s wellbeing throughout the therapeutic process

  • Be available to supervise or communicate on behalf of the child, where appropriate

By providing consent, the parent or guardian accepts full responsibility for the decision to pursue therapy for their child.


2. Booking & Payment

 

Payment Terms 

  • Payment must be made before the appointment

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, card, or bank transfer

  • Invoices are provided prior to the appointment

  • Booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment

 

Pricing 

All prices quoted are final with no hidden fees. Package deals are available on request and must be paid in advance.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

  • 24+ Hours’ Notice 

    You may reschedule or request a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice 

    The full session fee is non-refundable.

  • No-Show 

    No refund will be issued.

 

Emergency Exceptions 

Genuine emergencies will be considered at the therapist’s discretion.

 

Therapist Cancellation 

If your session is cancelled by us due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered at no charge.

 

Refunds 

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, short-notice cancellations, or completed sessions, except where required by law.

By booking a session, you agree to these terms.


4. Appointments

 

Punctuality 

Clients should arrive 2–3 minutes early. New clients receive additional consultation time. Remote appointments are scheduled in advance with prior notification of what the therapy will run and this is often at night-time.  

 

Late Arrivals 

Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Appointments over 30 minutes late will be cancelled, and full payment will still be required.

 

Session Duration 

Treatment time begins after the consultation. Late arrival may reduce treatment time.


5. Client Health & Safety

 

Health Disclosure 

Clients must complete a health questionnaire before treatment and disclose any medical conditions, pregnancy, or medications.

 

Medical Conditions 

Clients with ongoing medical conditions must consult their doctor before booking. Certain conditions may prevent treatment.

 

Contraindications 

Alcohol or recreational drugs within 12 hours of treatment are prohibited. Prescription medications must be disclosed. If you have a pacemaker or any other electronic imbedded medical device you cannot have bioresonance therapy. 

 

Client Responsibility 

Clients confirm they have sought appropriate medical advice and disclosed all relevant health information.


6. Client Responsibilities

  • Consent: Written consent is required for all treatments, with full understanding of what the treatment involves.

  • Honesty: Clients must provide accurate health information and update any changes.

  • Participation: Active engagement is required for optimal results. Clients are responsible for implementing agreed actions.

  • Communication: Clients must notify the therapist immediately of any concerns or discomfort during treatment.


7. Professional Standards

 

Confidentiality 

All client information is kept strictly confidential unless:

  • Required by law

  • Necessary to prevent harm to the client or others

  • The client provides written consent

 

Professional Boundaries 

A professional therapeutic relationship will be maintained at all times. Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of services.

 

Qualifications 

Practitioners maintain appropriate qualifications and follow professional guidelines.


8. Disclaimers & Limitations

 

Medical Disclaimer 

Services provided are complementary in nature and are not medical treatments. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

 

Continued Medical Care 

Clients must continue conventional medical treatment and consult qualified healthcare providers for medical advice.

 

No Guarantees 

Results may vary. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

 

Liability 

Clients are responsible for their own health decisions. Liability of Unique Therapies Ltd is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.


9. Data Protection

 

Client information is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Records are kept securely and confidentially.


10. Gift Vouchers

  • Expiry: Must be redeemed by the stated expiry date (no extensions)

  • Booking: Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for appointment availability

  • Non-refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable

  • Full Price: Valid only for full-price treatments


11. Termination

 

By Client 

Services may be terminated by the client at any time with reasonable notice. Any outstanding fees remain payable.

 

By Unique Therapies 

Services may be terminated in cases of:

  • Breach of terms

  • Inappropriate behaviour

  • Situations where the client cannot benefit from treatment


12. Legal

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

  • Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid, the remainder of the terms will remain in effect.

  • Updates: Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the latest terms.
